HeartMath® techniques and the accompanying bio-feedback system (the Freeze-Framer) have been shown in clinical trials to reduce levels of stress, cardiovascular disease, anxiety, depression and tiredness, and to increase positivity, self-esteem, memory, energy, enthusiasm, peak-performance in sports, decision making and creative thinking.
At present HeartMath in the United States and in the UK is pioneering studies with health, educational and corporate sectors. The scope and appeal of HeartMath is quite unprecedented.
The 4 day course is presented over a number of weeks:
1 st session - HeartMath for personal development
A one day overview of the science underpinning the program and practical tools and techniques to use to make a difference to your life.
2 nd and 3 rd session - HeartMath in depth and the client-practitioner process
In this two-day block we look further into the science of HeartMath, the tools and techniques, and the Freeze-frame and EmWave software. Pre and post assessments, delivering HeartMath in one-to-one sessions and models of working to maximise the gain for all clients. The focus of these sessions is to equip you with a depth of knowledge and breadth of skills to support your clients with this unique program competently and professionally. Between these sessions and the 4 th , all potential licensed practitioners will use HeartMath informally and produce case studies to provide evidence of good practice.
4 th session - plenary - licensing and business building
This one day session draws together the elements learnt so far and the experiences of using HeartMath. We look at business building, marketing and medical support systems available through Hunter Kane for clients who present a possible medical concern. This session will give you the confidence to deliver HeartMath and build a successful business in helping people achieve their potential.
