Bach Flower Remedies are a safe, natural way to help manage our mind and emotions, and help us to enjoy life, to feel natural and relaxed. Bach Flower Remedies were designed as a self-help system, they can be purchased in health food stores and some pharmacies, or online at www.nelsonshomeopathy.co.uk.
They are diluted to a point where they are effective on an energetic level, so are safe and non toxic for any age. It's not possible to ‘overdose' on them, and the only sideeffect is the occasional release of a previously suppressed emotion.
However, sometimes it's useful to have somebody who's familiar and experienced with all the remedies to introduce you to them, to discuss how you're feeling, help choose the remedies, and make up a remedy mix. As a Registered Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner, I offer Bach Remedies consultations both independently, and as part of a SCIO consultation.
There are thirty-eight Bach Flower Remedies. They are mainly made from British wild flowers, selected for their special ability to treat the personality and emotions of a person.
Dr. Edward Bach, MB, BS, MRCS, LRCP, DPH began experimenting in 1928 with medicines made from flowers. He was convinced that the true health could only be maintained by treating the individual personality instead of concentrating just on the diseases of the body.

He found that by selecting flower remedies according to the personality and emotional states of individuals he was able to resolve imbalances, and that well-balanced people got better physically because their bodies were free to heal themselves.
It is now widely accepted that an individual's emotional outlook can influence their health. These remedies help, not by attacking disease, but by helping to dispel negative or ‘out-of-balance' mental states and gently and naturally allowing a person to feel more like themselves again.
Bach Flower/SCIO consultation: £45 per hour.
